The lovely atmosphere and attentive service. The charming balcony adds a special touch you won't find in many places.

The staff were very helpful and attentive and helped us with public parking. We had a king room with comfortable bed and a work desk and television.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were poor.

The view was amazing, and the atmosphere was charming. The breakfast was sweetly prepared and worth it. The bathroom was great too, with a powerful shower and minimalistic design.

Hotel Jardim is situated in a fantastic location, just steps away from the city center and beautiful botanical gardens. My room was tastefully furnished, impeccably clean, and had a comfortable bed. The great staff provided great recommendations for local attractions.

The service was cute, but honestly, how hard is it to provide two keys per room? Despite the charming facade, the room was tiny and dirty, with no AC! Breakfast that looked nice? Too bad it tasted horrible. I expected at least a complimentary coffee or tea in the room, but guess i'm just 'regular'. Just couldn't give a good review.

The bathroom showed signs of age, with inconsistent water temperature and pressure in the shower. There was also a lack of basic amenities like heating and more hangers, which could make a big difference.

The room was spacious but had a noisy dog nearby each morning.

the wifi speed was slow. but the staff were super helpful! also, the old-fashioned decor gave it a charming vibe, and the bed was comfy with soft pillows. a great place for a couple's getaway.

A highlight was the intimate breakfast experience, with a variety of pastries and delicious coffee, all for a very reasonable price. The room fell short in basic amenities. More hangers would greatly improve the experience, and an exhaust fan in the bathroom is needed. The age of the building is visible in certain areas, yet the staff's friendliness and the overall cozy atmosphere make it worthwhile.

Recommend for a lightning trip

Charming building, friendly staff, providing wonderful local insights made our experience nice as we easily explored nearby attractions and enjoyed the clean, cozy breakfast area with delicious pastries.

Can't fault anything about it.
